Loop the end of the rope around the ankle of the foot, then swing or throw the ball in a circular motion and skip the rope and ball while continuing to swing the leg. It takes patience and practice to learn and is great exercise while improving timing, rhythm, balance and agility. It requires no special care other than it is suggested that the skipper be coiled when stored away after use. Should the skipper become soiled, it (including the ball) may be washed with warm water and mild soap. It should be rinsed and allowed to air dry. It can also be washed in a washing machine if it is first placed in a mesh washing bag. Proper footwear should be worn while skipping to protect feet from injury. This skipper is tough enough for home, gym and school use. It is small enough to take along while traveling as well. Made in China.
